Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

How to Request an Exchange:
To start an exchange, email us at lafemmechicllc@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Shipping Responsibility:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS or your local carrier.
